How to Submit a Notice
Send notices to dmca@lnsideout.com and include: identification of the copyrighted work, URL/location of allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.
Counter-Notification
If material is removed due to a DMCA notice, affected parties may submit a counter-notification as allowed by law. Valid submissions may result in content restoration after the statutory waiting period.
Repeat Infringers
lnsideout may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
